Description
Incredibly rare promotional copy of Spirit’s 1968 self-titled debut on Ode Records. This is the original U.S. press. Early psych-rock masterpiece!
I grade the jacket at VG+. A clean presentable jacket. The only real defect is a short split located in the middle of the top seam (see photo). Bit of ring wear on the front cover. Front cover stamped “DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE”. Colors are vibrant. Strong corners with little wear.
I grade the LP visually at EX. Clean, incredibly glossy copy! Super shiny. Some hairlines. Nothing else major to report. Labels are incredibly bright and clean with just a couple spindle trails. Super low sub-stampers (A2/A6) indicating this is an early press.
Free media mail shipping within the U.S. Will be bubble-wrapped within a cardboard LP mailer for shipping. LP will be shipped outside of jacket to avoid seam splits.
