Description
Very rare original 1st vinyl pressing of "Ladies and Gentleman We Are Floating In Space" by Spiritualized. Catalogue number is DEDLP034. Infamously poor pressing of an album that deserves better. Most original copies have many flaws so please weigh up the pros and cons before clicking buy now. This copy has been kept in a heavy plastic sleeve since I bought it on release in 1997 and I would grade the sleeve as EX. Contains original medical leaflet which apart from a small crease in top right corner is also in excellent condition. No tears or marks. Contains 2 Spiritualized mailing cards, 1 in excellent condition, 1 which has been folded. Both inner sleeves are in excellent condition. Now the records themselves. Side 1 is where all the problems are. No issues with track 1 but track 2 (Come Together) jumps many times and track 3 (I Think I'm In Love) has a couple of jumps. Side 2 has no issues at all - sounds great. Side 3 and Side 4 both have very light crackle in the first 30 seconds or so but are otherwise excellent. Side 4 has small surface mark which doesn't affect play. Will be posted signed for in the UK. Overseas it will go via the Global Shipping Programme. Have a good look at all the photos and any other questions give me a shout.
