Spooky Tooth Its All About Vinyl LP, 1968 Pressing Island Pink Label with 'Eye' logo, catalogue number ILPS 9080
I think this is an original 1968 pressing as the following are etched on the runout:
A-side: ILP-ST-SC-A LL-DCT-1 B-side: ILP-ST-(something scratched out)-B
The label matrix is: A-side 25768 B-side 26768
Also printed on the label is 'Produced by Jimmy Miller', which as far as I can see is another indication of an early pressing.
I bought the album second hand in about 1972/1973 and although it played OK then I haven't been able to test the record as I no longer have the equipment to play it but it does look good apart from a couple of scuffs which I have tried to show in the pictures and there's no noticeable warping. Once I got it outside to take photos it looked a little dusty but as I no longer have the right cleaning stuff I didn't try to clean it in case I made matters worse.
The inner sleeve is a bit discoloured with age and the outer sleeve is a bit tatty as you would probably expect with it being over 50 years old
