Excellent condition overall and very rare.

Record condition:Excellent - plays almost without any noises
Side 1: EX+ or 8/9 out of 10
Side 2: EX+ or 8/9 out of 10
Condition Sleeve:VG+ Wear, losening of plastic layer at some places and with 2 paper stickers which can be easely removed. See photos
Inner sleeve:Good. Plain white paper sleeve with plastic protective inner lining and one tear.
