Description

This is a 1976 repress of the classic 1964 Latin Jazz collaboration between Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto. It contains the hit "The Girl From Ipanema" sung by Gilberto's daughter, Astrid. The record looks to have been played very rarely. It is virtually mark free and has been play tested & sounds great - EX. The labels have very little spindle wear and are marked "MANUFACTURED AND MARKETED BY POLYDOR INCORPORATED/810 SEVENTH AVENUE/N.Y..N.Y. 10019" - EX. The sleeve shows shelf and ring wear but is solid and square with no splits, minor bumps, but there is a small sticker in the upper left front corner with a G written in for a previous owner's catalog system.
