Description
New Jazz NJLP 102 2 tracks with Getz(tenor sax on all tracks); Tony Aless, piano; Percy Heath, bass; Don Lamond, drums. 2 tracks include Al Haig, piano; Gene Ramey, bass; Stan Levy(Levey), drums. 4 tracks with Brew Moore, Al Cohn, Zoot Sims, tenor sax; Walter Bishop, piano; Ramey, bass; Charlie Perry, drums. Authentic autographs of Stan Getz, Zoot Sims, Al Cohn on the front cover in red ink. Very rate edition. Cover: VG+ or Better Intact. Some light staining and light agin on the front cover. The back cover has no notes anis in plain blue. Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually appears to show light wear with a small amount of discoloration on the vinyl surfac. Also, a small mumber of light surface rub marks. There are only a few clicks, barely audible and very infrequent. Also, some very light and infrequent groove noise. The record/jacket are obviously not new, probably from the early 50's. The conditon is particularly fine. In my rating I have accounted for the extremely rare surface noise described. This is a rare combination of a fine record that was autographed by jazz legends. Audibly checked.
