Description
Stan Jr. - Whoops b/w Did She 7" 45 (1960s, Bolt) VF+, Private Press Rockabilly w/Picture Sleeve
Artist: Stan Jr.
Tracks: Whoops b/w Did She
Description: This is a 45 rpm 7" released on the private label Bolt by an artist called Stan Jr. It features two great rockabilly tracks and was released sometime in the early 1960's. This is a hard release to track down and has that classic twangy sound.
Sleeve Condition: G, The sleeve condition is not great. It looks like the entire left edge was torn off at some point. What's there has several bends and wear, but the graphic is still very visible and the information on the back is still readable.
Vinyl: Strong VG/VG+, pretty nice overall. Visually, this has some a handful of surface scuffs, but plays very well. Play tested on an Empire 298. Side A has a couple of light pops during the first maybe 15 seconds and is great from there on out. Not perfectly silent, there is some very light noise in just a couple of spots, but sounds great. Very listenable. Side B is about the same with minor pops through the first 20-30 seconds. The music really comes through clean and clear. This is borderline VG+, maybe a strong VG if you are being picky. Labels are clean and bright, no scuffing or writing.
Overall, this is a nice condition version of a tough to find single. It will make a great addition to your collection.
