Description

From 1961 on the UK Topic folk record label comes this stunning 4 track EP by Stan Kelly backed by Leon Rosselson Swinging Three entitled "Songs For Swinging Landlords To" (TOP 60). This EP features the tracks 'Greedy Landlord, Oakey Evictions, The Man That Waters The Workers' Beer and Pity The Downtrodden Landlord'. Housed in an great colour art sleeve. Only pressed in small numbers with limited distribution. Record and sleeve in excellent++ condition with clean labels and a lovely sheen. A top copy. Post and packing in the UK is £2.25. I sell worldwide.

This is just one of many rare and obscure records (mainly demos) from the late 60s/early 70s that I will be auctioning this week. Formerly the property of a record plugger. Most are in excellent condition or better, a lot are unplayed.
