A Clockwork Orange was a critically acclaimed, disturbing and thought-provoking book written by Anthony Burgess in 1962. His book was adapted into a screenplay and movie, released in 1971, starring Malcolm McDowell.

The soundtrack is a remarkable collaboration between filmmaker Stanley Kubrick and Wendy Carlos, and features mostly classical music selections and Moog synthesizer compositions by Wendy Carlos.

Along with this soundtrack, you are bidding on two long playing discs that complement the album and were released only to radio stations that carried the Sound On Film series.

The first, titled What's It Going to Be Then, Eh?, is a discussion moderated by Village Voice columnist Nat Hentoff and features author Burgess, McDowell, Robert Hughes (Time magazine art critic), and Norman Kagan (Author of The Cinema of Stanley  Kubrick).

The second is titled What Is A Man?, and features Joseph Gelmis (a syndicated film writer) moderating a discussion with John Fitzgerald (Catholic Press Film Reviewer), Fred Hechinger (member of the NY Times Editorial Board), Dr. Emanuel Schwartz (Dean of Training of NYC's Postgraduate Center for Mental Health), and Patrick Snyder (Entertainment Commentator for Crawdaddy magazine)
