The record has been signed by Leonard Nimoy on the reverse of the sleeve, the record came to me in a bundle of Star Trek which included a lot of fan club memorabilia & photographs, I believe the autograph to be authentic especially when compared with others on-line.
The record is in excellent condition with a few very small visible scratches or marks from normal use, the sleeve & inner sleeve are in excellent condition. I have cleaned the records with Vinyl Clear professional cleaning solution & the vinyl looks awesome.
