STAR WARS — "Soundtrack and "The Story of Star Wars on 7" 4-track Reel to Reels at 7-1/2 ips.
I purchased this used and played the "Story" once and the Soundtrack 2 or 3 times. My notes indicated clean side 1 and only a couple very minor hiccups on side 2 of the Soundtrack.
"Story" reel played mint.
Box is super clean and tight with very minimal rubbing. Includes 16-page (+ cover) photo book printed on gloss stock. There SHOULD also be a 1-page insert, identical to what was included with the soundtrack LPs and I have photos of it with this set used to show what was in the sealed copy of this I previously sold. At the moment is it MIA. I will dig to find it....but sold as shown.
It has been stored indoors, upright in a bookcase...non-smoking and pet-free home.
FINE PRINT: My reel tape purchasing addiction began in 1999 and ceased circa 2002. Being more than a tad retentive, I kept a notebook of listening notes on every tape I purchased, and many also have a post-it note attached with the basics.
My deck has been closeted since 2007 (needs some work), so those notes are as much info as I can provide regarding tape play condition — as they play tested then and having not been touched since.
