ITEM: Star Wars Soundtrack Original UK Double LP GF Soundtrack 1977 With The Original Insert And The Now Elusive Original POSTER ! On UK PYE 20th Century Records BTD 541 With ABCD/1 Matrix .

COVER: Factory cover generally in very good overall condition . There are a few light general surface marks and the usual but quite light ringwear marks . There is some general rub wear in places along the edges and corners which has taken off the surface colour , a little more evident on the corners . There is the normal useage wear on both of the opening edges , again more evident near the bottom . There are some usual small surface crackwear lines in places along the edges . The spine is generally very good , just a couple of dent marks in places but nice and flat and fully legible . The inner GF is generally very good , nice and clean and tidy . The rear is again generally very good and nice and clean . This really is overall , a nice example . It comes with the original insert in near excellent condition and also comes with the now very elusive poster which is in generally near excellent condition with just some surface creasewear lines but no evidence of ever being hung on a wall etc . All in all a nice overall example . Must be one of the better ones out there today . The records come with plain white paper inner sleeves in near excellent condition with just some general creasewear marks and the usual ringwear marks . I am pretty sure that these are the original inners , but cannot be sure .

RECORDS: Both visually in very good overall condition with just some light surface marks . Overall both records did play perfectly crisp and clear throughout with mainly just some very light occasional background noises in places , mainly on the very quieter parts , run ins/offs and occasional track changeovers .  On playing the records however , i did hear two slight skips approx 3/4 of the way through track one on side two and two approx 1/4 of the way through on track one of side four . These both were pretty much one after the other . In saying this , i do have two decks , a tester deck and my own personal deck . My tester deck does just have a very light weight arm and my personal deck has a much heavier balanced arm . I did play the records on my personal deck and it did not skip on either parts , i just heard a couple of ticks . Also on closer inspection , i could not see any obvious marks etc which would cause these skips . As you can see by my excellent feedback i do like to be honest and as thorough as possible with all my descriptions , so obviously this needed to be mentioned . Please do make no mistake though , these records , bar this , do play and sound great ! , the overall audio tones are still awesome !! . Both records do still retain a very good overall shine and both labels are generally in excellent condition , both are very clean and tidy with just a few very light spindle marks only . I must stress that bar the above stated , these records do still play and sound fantastic ! . All in all a nice overall example of this now very collectable , complete item , together with awesome overall sound , do turn these up and enjoy !! , thank you very much for your time and interest and happy bidding . Obviously for the reasons stated , i am starting this off with a low price , but please , make no mistake , it can still be thoroughly enjoyed for years to come , it really does bar the already stated , play and sound great !! thank you .

Please note, all records are packed in proper pro card mailers with a minimum of 3 stiffeners for LP’s and 2 for 7" singles ( more if i think they are needed ) . CD’s and DVD’s are sent in strong bubble wrap envelopes. These are also taped with brown parcel tape along all edges and seams for added protection. All are sent via RM 1st Class post or Airmail small packets as standard , unless signed for as previously explained .

Please note that I do not own a pro record cleaning machine , so whilst all my records are generally all clean and have a very nice shine , there obviously maybe some small traces of dust particles from cleaning manually if this is needed , though most , i do like to leave as they are , as i try to be very picky with the quality of records i sell ( unless stated otherwise ie very rare but some marks etc ) thank you .

Please note that whilst I haven’t increased my postage charges for quite a while now , this , now other recent price increase , has seen me , unfortunately , have to put a slight increase on my overall charges . This is also topped with the rise in cost for quality card mailers and stiffeners and Ebays new 10% extra fee for seller postage costs . Please also note that I now send ALL LP’s with a minimum of 3 stiffeners on all none GF LP's and all 7" singles with a minimum of 2 stiffeners , but I do obviously want to still remain competitive and still offer my usual top quality service . My apologies also to all my European friends , as there is now yet another steep increase on all postage outside of the UK , so again I am sorry for also having to increase my European postage prices .

Sorry , but due to the slightly extra weight of a GF cover , the European prices are a little more expensive than my usual standard prices , sorry for this , but this is purely in line with the new Royal Mail prices , again sorry for this .
