Status Quo - Piledriver

(Vertigo 6360 082 UK LP 1972)

 

This is a UK original LP pressing with a "Swirl" Vertigo label. It has a matt gatefold sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined "Swirl" company inner sleeve. 

The record has 1st press 1Y#-1/ 2Y#-1 matrix stampers. A genuine UK 1st pressing with the earliest matrices.

 

Gatefold Sleeve: There is some light to mild fading. The sleeve does not lie flat as it is slightly curved. This should sort itself out over time if stored properly. VG condition.

Vinyl: There are some light to very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG++ condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays Near Excellent overall, & Excellent in some places. There is some light, or very light, crackle in some quieter places. 

The swirl inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There are no seam splits. 

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
