Description
Scarce MCA Audiophile LP of Steely Dan's "Gold" compilation on virgin vinyl. Includes original insert explaining audiophile records. Cover has a white spot at top edge, above "e" in "audiophile," tiny imperfections in corners and along opening, smaller "dots" (about 7) on front cover that can be seen only if cover is held up to a light. Record is NM. Includes "FM," Deacon Blues," "Babylon Sisters," "Hey Nineteen," and four more.
I use the Goldmine grading system to grade my records.
I purchased all of my records in record stores where I inspected them under natural lighting conditions and most looked flawless. Those same records viewed at home under LED lights, often have several surface marks and scuffs which seem insignificant in normal viewing conditions in natural light.
I try to describe any flaws in the LP/sleeve, as it is always hard to tell who is buying your records and how they view a record. In summary, I think most of the people who buy my records will be pleasantly surprised as to the condition in which they receive the record.
I ship USPS, mostly Media Mail. Unless buyer requests otherwise, I remove the record and inner sleeve from outer cover for shipping. I use cardboard LP mailers, marked "do not bend" on the outside. Thank you for looking.
