No picture sleeve, just plain white inner.

The matrix numbers are stamped SPBA 6282 A-1 and SPBA 6282 B-1, 1G/1G 
Record is only played a couple of times apart from my test play. Condition is VG+ with playback information below.

Some background rotational noise on A1 and B1 and and some general light background noise throughout the record, some light wear and a few small marks from storage, occasion light pop/tick
Has been stored in just a plain white sleeve for 46 years so no doubt a little embedded dust so will improve with an ultrasonic clean.
