There are some fine hairlines, gum marks and sleeve marks on each side of the record however none of these are feelable. I would describe Side 1 as closer to Near Mint and Side 2 as Excellent so the overall grading is EX/NM. The Cover has been described as Excellent in condition. The cover is structurally sound with no seam splits or holes. The laminate on the front cover has a couple of crinkles on the left and right sides, some visible ring wear and scuffs on the surfaces, and a few cracks along the spine.
