Description
Steve Lacy on Prestige 7125
This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped pressing of Steve Lacy “Soprano Sax” on the NYC labels of Prestige PRLP 7125. The playing surface appears to be in excellent condition, but there are audible tics at the beginning of Side A, Track 1, as well as a few infrequent non-repetitive tics on Side B; sound quality is clear and crisp throughout. The laminated NYC cover is clean and bright; ¼” wear on the top seam, at the opening; ¾” split on the bottom seam at the opening. Cover slick and Side B label are stamped “Not for Sale”.
