Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

This debut album was an immediate hit at trendy record stores and FM radio. Seller played at least one copy to death and then got this one new from his store in 1969. It has been in storage for 46 years.

  • Boz Scaggs was in this configuration of the band.
  • The record is on heavy vinyl on the classic Capitol logo label.
  • This appears to be a First Pressing.
  • The matrix ends in A-3 & A-3.
  • The paper on heavy board Gatefold cover has tight seams and a stiff spine. It would only open  about 3/4 for the photo.
  • The inner sleeve is plain white paper. I am including a soft plastic inner sleeve.
  • This album has more reissue copies in circulation than this original version. Most of the reissues had a washed out purple cover that was part of a budget priced Capitol twofer.

All songs written and composed by Steve Miller, except where noted.
