UK bidders
Payment can be made by PayPal, personal cheque or postal order. Where payment is made by personal cheque, the item will not be sent out until the cheque has cleared. If you choose to send cash we would ask that you let us know first, and we would also recommend that you send it by recorded post.
Overseas bidders
Payment is to be made by PayPal only. No other methods of payment are accepted. Postage costs are for Airmail postage. If you would like a quote for Surface Mail please contact us. Surface Mail is usually cheaper than Airmail, but it can take up to 8 weeks for an item to be delivered, which is outside our control.
For all bidders
We do not finish auctions early.
We will combine items and reduce postage costs where possible.
Payment is to be made within 10 days of the end of the auction. If there is going to be any delay, e.g. if you are on holiday, please let us know.
Please note that we post to the address given on Ebay, not PayPal. If you need to have an item sent elsewhere, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you want your item to be sent by recorded post in the UK (an extra 68p) or by “International Signed For” for overseas customers (an extra £3.50), please let us know.
Where the total cost of the item(s) bought is over £30.00 we will add 68p (for UK addresses) and £3.50 (for International addresses) to the postal charges to cover recorded post costs.
We aim to despatch all items within 2 – 3 working days of the payment being received and cleared.
We always package our items carefully, address them clearly, and we obtain proof of posting for every item sent out. We will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, except where Recorded/Registered post has been paid for.
Seller’s home is a non-smoking environment.
Please contact us if you have any queries about any item.
