Kscope804 limited edition white vinyl 7". 

Sleeve has been signed on the back in silver pen. I got the autograph at an album signing for Insurgentes at Sister Ray Records in Soho London. Steven told me at the time this was the first set he signed. Unfortunately the autograph has slightly smudged as it had been put on top of the other 7" in the set before it had dried.
