Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble 
Soul to Soul LP comes with Two (2) concert tickets from Pier Six Pavilion dated August 9, 1985. One ticket is used (see tear on stub), the other ticket is unused (not torn)!!
Also there is a signature on the cover which may be Stevie Ray Vaughan.
I can not verify it. Repeat - it is not verified. It may have been signed in a hurry after the concert since these tickets were with the lp.
Some examples of sold tickets on eBay show a similar autograph. Again, I am selling this unverified. However, the tickets alone have a lot of value especially the unused ticket. 
Again, this record was another that came from an avid record collector who was not only a huge Stevie Ray Vaughan fan, but a fan of Texas Guitar Rock!! 
The condition of the vinyl is near mint to mint. It was play sampled on my Pioneer turntable and it sounded great. Vinyl has nice shine with no scuffs or marks, or writing. It is clean.
Cover is in excellent condition, but has some corner/edge wear, probably from being handled while signed!

Record will be well secured and shipped with tracking.

Comes from smoke free climate controlled home.
