Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as EX+ overall. I range EX from 83-93 and overall the play was within the 89-91 range less A1 and B1 that were an 85 and 87 relative to the surface noise particularly at the start of each track. The thing is that I bought this from someone who claimed to have played it only once (I'd purchased other albums with the same one play claim and they were always NM- anyway) and I was expecting a bit more but nevertheless the play is still all there. Visually there are some hairline marks more noticeably on the A-side along with some marks within the A-side in groove area and this coupled with the play is driving the EX grade. 
The sleeve is EX as well, it's probably really NM-, with the primary issue being a tiny bump on the top right corner, more noticeable when looking at it from the rear.  The other corner show only light wear. The original Mofi bag has been retained.  It's probably about as good as it will really get.
Album will be mailed in a cardboard mailer between cardboard with bubble wrap.  If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
