I think the set dates from 1977.  The brown box is a little bit scruffy (see photos), but the record sleeves are in excellent condition.  I've played all of the singles, for the first time in 30 years, and there are no obvious scratches or jumps.  There's a little distortion on a couple of the singles, but are not bad for singles that are over 30 years old.  These box set don't come up on Ebay very often.
