Description

extremely rare 7 LP box set - Deutsche Grammophon 2720 073. 7 LP's, all with separate printed sleeves and LP sized book in German and English. Covers and box are conservatively G/G+ with some seam splitting, pinholes, paint (spine only) on box. Individual LP sleeves are better (conservatively G+ to VG), but most are coming open due to dried out glue (cardboard isnt actually split) and there are various bends and bits of tape. The Good News: All vinyl is easily VG+! I found one very small surface scratch on one LP and that's it. It is barely audible. Overall, lots of lustre, little to no surface noise, etc. The paper labels on the records themselves look like a sticker was peeled off and took some of the label with it - see photo. Book is G+ with some writing, surface dirt, bends, etc. There is an inked stamp reading "ASTRO INFINITY RESEARCH ARKESTRA" appearing multiple times on the covers and book. This is not the much more common single LP version. I willl be listing a lot more avant garde/free jazz/electronic/ and psychedelic LP's in the next few weeks.

Upon further inspection, box and book are definitely G+ to VG. Large white area on spine in picture is just glare-not paint. The only paint is the small purple area. The worst area of the box is in the picture. Front and back images are very good. Don't forget to check out my other auctions for more rare records.
