Stoney and Meatloaf is the little-known debut album of singer Meat Loaf, released in 1971 on the Motown subsidiary label Rare Earth, a collaboration with female vocalist Shaun Murphy. Meat Loaf and Murphy met while performing with the Detroit cast of Hair. Funk Brothers (classic Motown studio musicians) did the music.
Record ships in plastic protective sleeve, in cardboard mailer with extra cardboard inserts for protection.
