Description

An original 1st issue of RAVEN for the Italian market in '79. Note that the labels are manually stamped in Red 'ROMA'. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover. We have the original bespoke inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. I am lovin' this copy.. plays superb throughout. Struggling to take issue with it. At worst a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. A couple of ticks and one click during 'Harry' - absolute no biggy. Highly recommended!
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Wow - the Lp is pretty dandy and the cover takes it up a notch.. Everyone loves this Raven cover - and it's hard not to be impressed with this example. Lovely clean and flat front - the aesthetic is all still there for you to enjoy. Many copies have creased or there's issue with laminate rippling. The rear is equally good - like a mirror! Hardly any edge wear and the openings sharp. Spine 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) Really nice clean surfaces. No ageing. A lot of them have low-level foxing. This copy is CLEAN! A couple of small edge splits. Have been tape repaired internally - and are merely minor cosmetic issues.
