This is a  copy of a direct to disc recording Leinsdorf & LA orch performing Debussy Afternoon of a Faun & Stravinsky Firebird, this is mastered by Mike Reese[principal] & Lewter,Hitchcock, Marcussen, produced & engineered by Doug Sax, this recording is in demand, & none are listed on Ebay, this copy is visually inspected EX, the label is clean but does show its been played, cover EX condition, this is a outstanding copy, please check my other listings.The Oct 2013 TAS has a interesting article by Robert Harley the editor called the Ultimate format, it would appear that the DTD formant may be the best one to reveal all that's recorded basically remove the tape & going directly to the stampers , generally the real to real tape is considered the best format maybe not so, here is an opportunity to hear a full performance direct to disc.
