These vinyls are BRAND NEW but unfortunately have slight ripping on the sealing. NOT DAMAGE TO SLEEVE OR VINYL. Happy to take pictures and provide them before purchase. Again, brand new vinyls and sleeves, just came to me with some rips in the plastic seal on side of the vinyl packaging. Thanks.
