Saturn Records 10480/12480, recorded October and December, 1980. Disc is clean and undamaged—a better-than-average pressing. Black handmade cover as issued: Black construction paper was apparently used to coat some other record cover, and small blac-on-orange art medallions are pasted on top of that. Slightly ragged on one corner, and back cover has had some scarring through sticker removal.
This is one of over 200 LPs being consigned on auction weekly between now and Spring 2007 from the well-kept and thorough collection of the late sculptor Bradford Graves, a key participant in the operations of New York performance space Soundscape. The collection ranges from Art Blakey to Han Bennink, with especially strong showings of Saturn, FMP, ICP, and US private pressings from the early Seventies. Some prizes and surprises in every batch.
