One of Kompakt's most mythical entities, SUPERPITCHER has always followed a thoughtful and rarified release policy, rather honing a record until it's perfect (and risking longer periods of time in between outings) than rushing it out - it's a release rhythm that suits his idiosyncratic approach to dance music, not so much churning out floor fodder than creating timeless classics on his own terms.
As one of our longest-serving artists, he has still managed to build an impressive portfolio, especially if you consider the ratio of iconic tracks per release. It's no wonder, then, that at any given time, a big part of his back catalogue seems to be sold out.
Five years after the highly acclaimed, award-winning full-length KILIMANJARO (KOMPAKT 222 CD 80), it is time to revisit Superpitcher's unique body of work with SO FAR SO SUPER, an enticing selection of some of his most cherished cuts - acting as our 2016 vinyl offering for this year's Record Store Day, it collects highlights from all stages of his career, the underground club bangers as well as the conceptual album work.
From opener JACKSON (as featured on POP AMBIENT 2012) and early successes like HEROIN, BABY'S ON FIRE (from TOTAL 4) or Total Confusion/Speicher anthem I WALK to signature tracks like HAPPINESS or RABBITS IN A HURRY, you'll find lots of magical moments to unearth or rediscover - all in one jam-packed, gorgeously wrapped vinyl release that no serious fan of electronic dance music should miss out on.

Sie haben dann die Möglichkeit mit dieser Benachrichtigung ihr Paket in der nächstliegenden DHL/Deutschen Post Filiale abzuholen. Auch Lieferungen an eine Packstation sind mit DHL möglich. Wenn sie innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach ihrer Bestellung ihr Paket nicht abholen, wird es an Vinyl Digital zurückgesendet und es entstehen zusätzliche Kosten. Wir bitten sie, falls sie eine Bestellung bspw. kurz vor einem Urlaub ausführen, uns darüber zu informieren oder direkt eine alternative Lieferadresse anzugeben. Wir akzeptieren Zahlungen, die mit Überweisung (Vorkasse) oder mit PayPal vorgenommen werden. Unsere Bankdaten sind bei Ebay hinterlegt.

International shipping takes place with the German post service or DHL. The shipping of 1-3 vinyl records takes place with the German post service priority airmail and is uninsured. The shipping as from 4 vinyl records is always insured and includes Tracking – accordingly we take any liability for the delivery of the items.
