Supertamp Crime Of The Century MFSL UHQR Numbered Rare

I have up for auction the following lp: Supertramp Crime Of The Century Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs UHQR 200 gram numbered edition. Pretty much everyone has heard of MFSL UHQR series of lps so I wont spend alot of time on there history. Here's what we got and the grading. First the UHQR box. It rates a solid VG perhaps VG+ Has shelf wear & marks evident by the picture and some bumps but overall solid no broken corners. All the MFSL inserts, warrenty card, tech sheet & such are near mint. The vinyl lp jacket looks great both from and back and retains allmost all of its origional luster but does have two seem splits about a inch and a half top and side and the start of a split on the bottom about inch. The vinyl looks spectacular. I searched it over and over in bright light and could find no visible flaws. I test played the vinyl and it plays and sound rich & alive with a very spacious sound stage. The only flaw is popping through out Asylum This is the only song on the either side with this problem and I can find no flow in the vinyl by looking for it under light. Ive been told by those in the know that have many of these UHQR lps that the masters made for pressings had very sharp groove lines and that many UHQR lps need to played a few times for break in to remove shape edges. I dont know if this is true & don't claim that its true. Its just what I was told in audiophile news groups when I questions why the lp has a problem with a song but no visible flaws to the grooves with the rest of the lp playing fine. If anyone out there in Ebay land wants to weigh in on this feel free. I'll post all info the the this auctions sight. Anyway there it is. This is a pretty rare version of this lp with only 5000 being pressed, this is number 2326. Email with any questions.
