Description

it is a record...made in the Usa, their one and only Lp with Surf Or Die. The Beach Boys meet the Beastie Boys...an unorthodox musical fusion, to say the least, but California's Surf M.C.'s tried it anyway for Profile Records in 1987. The M.C.'s borrowed the Beach Boys' wholesomeness and surfing subject matter and threw in some Beasties-style attitude and New York slang for good measure. However, the results flopped miserably, and the Surf M.C.'s went back to the beach .....
