The record is in stunning condition had since new
Still in its original seal bag and wrap round sleeve
This is a 1 sided 7" limited  the number is 249/500
500 copies numbered on the white label on the non-music side.
Picture sleeve and the label features a picture of Michael Rodd - the host of the popular British children's TV and film review TV show (from 1969 to early 1980's) from where this theme comes from.
Record is thus subtitled "Trunk Presents Screen Test - The One And Only Theme"
