 T. Rex Large Lot of 7 Lower Grade Record Albums 

Vinyl Condition: Good (Low Grade) to Very Good (Average)

Details:

Lot of 7 below average condition T. Rex rock vinyl record albums. All vinyls cleaned and visually inspected. Records range from Good (Low Grade) to Very Good (Average) condition based on grading criteria listed below. Make no mistake some of these are well used vinyl records and will play with issues (see detailed description). Lot includes all vinyl records as pictured. 

1. First Two Release Set. My People Were Fair and Had Sky in their Hair; Prophets Seers and Sages. (1972 A&M Double LP Release Seet). Visually inspected. Surface markings noted on all four sides of LP set. Slightly below average condition vinyl set. I grade this as a VG- (Near VG) condition vinyl LP set. Gatefold Cover: Poor condition with water damage/tearing on front. Inner gatefold condition/colour decent. Cover smells musty from water damage. Overall poor condition cover. Inner sleeves: Not significant. 

2. A Beard of Stars (1970 Blue Thumb Release). Visually inspected. Significant surface markings on both sides. Well below average condition vinyl. Make no mistake, this is well used vinyl and will play with issues. I grade this as G (Low Grade) condition vinyl. Cover: None, missing and NOT included in this listing. Inner sleeve: Not significant.

3. T. Rex (Self-Titled) (1970 Reprise Records Release). Visually inspected. Moderate surface markings both sides. Average looking vinyl. I grade this as VG condition vinyl. Cover: This is the "No Poster" cover (see pictures) and it is in below average condition (G) with just more than average wear noted. Inner sleeve: Not significant. 

4. Electric Warrior (1971 Reprise Records Release). Visually inspected. Notable surface markings on both sides. Below average condition vinyl. I grade this as VG- condition vinyl. Gatefold Cover: Below average condition (G) with seam splitting. Inner gatefold colour/condition look good as shown, no issues. Inner sleeve: Not significant.

5. The Slider (1972 Reprise Records Release). Visually inspected. Notable surface markings on both sides. Below average condition vinyl. I grade this as VG- condition vinyl. Gatefold Cover: Below average condition (G) with minor water damage staining. Inner gatefold colour/condition is fair, minor staining. Inner sleeve: Not significant.

6. Tanx (1973 Ariola, German Import). Visually inspected. Significant surface markings on both sides. Well below average condition vinyl. Make no mistake, this is well used vinyl and will play with issues. I grade this as G (Low Grade) condition vinyl. Gatefold Cover: Below average condition (G) with water damage staining. Inner gatefold colour/condition fair, minor staining. Inner sleeve: Not significant.

7. Ride a White Swan (1972 MFP, Holland Import). Visually inspected. Surface markings noted on both sides. Slightly below average condition vinyl. I grade this as VG- (Near VG) condition vinyl. Cover: Well below average condition (Poor) with water damage and seam splitting. Inner sleeve: Not significant.

 Records listed have been cleaned using a Nitty Gritty 1.5 cleaning system.

I do my best to be fair and honest with my record grading assessments.  I will provide as much detail as possible to give potential buyers everything they need to know about the product(s) you are bidding on. I inspect and grade all vinyl by either listening to or visually inspecting under bright lighting. If play graded, it will be noted. Major anomalies will be noted. Bid with confidence as returns are accepted. 

Vinyl Grading Classification:

(SS) Still Sealed = Sealed in original shrink wrap. Anomalies (Saw cuts, cut-out holes, creases, etc.) will be noted.

(NM) Near Mint = A superb LP record that is nearly perfect. No visible defects, appears to be new, except without the sealed shrink wrap. A good description of a NM record is ?It looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time.? 

(EX) Excellent = An LP record that is very close to (NM) with minor defects allowed.

(VG+) Very Good Plus = An LP record that has been played, but well cared for.  It may show light wear, such as light scratches or scuffs.

(VG) Very Good = An LP record that exhibits signs of use. Limited scuffs and scratches causing moderate surface noise that will be evident upon playing.  Defects should not overpower the music.

(VG-) Very Good Minus = An LP record considered acceptable. The record will play through but with significant surface noise and possible skips.  Well used vinyl.

(G) Good = An LP record marginally acceptable. LP exhibits visible scratches, significant skips/jumps and bad surface noise.

Note: I do not sell records below a 'Good' rating unless collectible.

Cover Grading Classification:

(NM) Near Mint = LP cover has no creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable defects. No cut-out holes, either. The same is true for any inserts, posters, lyric sleeves and the like.

(EX) Excellent = LP cover very close to NM, minor defects allowed.

(VG+) Very Good Plus = LP cover may have slight signs of wear and may also be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at a discount.  Inner sleeve and will have some moderate wear, and may have lightly turned up corners.

(VG) Very Good = LP cover may have light to moderate ring wear, some tape, stickers, glue, writing, a small seam split, but not all of these defects. Too many of these types of defects will degrade the cover to a Good (G) classification.

(G) Good = LP cover shows signs of significant wear that includes seam splits (especially at the bottom or on the spine) and worn corners. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.

(F) Fair = LP cover that barely holds and protects the record. LP cover may include (but not all) the following defects: marred by wear, writing, water damage, seam splits on all three sides, inner sleeve seams splits, crinkled and written upon. If it is a common LP cover/sleeve, you'll need to find another copy in better shape to replace it.

Shipping:

USA Domestic: I do not gouge customers on shipping and handling fees. Domestic shipments will be shipped via USPS Economy Media Mail so I can pass savings along to customers. USPS Media Mail shipments can take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on location. All shipments include a USPS tracking number with delivery conformation. Handling time is 1 to 2 business days.

International: I sell internationally using the eBay global shipping program and send it to the US shipping center.

Packaging:

LP will be boxed carefully in a corrugated box made specifically for LPs to protect the cover.  LP package will include a clear plastic outer sleeve. LP will be removed from cover for shipping to prevent seam splitting (unless sealed).

 Winning Multiple Listings:

If buyer wins multiple listings I will combine shipping costs. I will charge 1.00 for first LP and .50 for each additional LP. If you win multiple listings please wait for the Invoice before making payment so I can accurately adjust shipping costs.
