This wonderful UK 1st pressing of their second and highly influential album dates from initial September 1971 release.
The high-quality, heavyweight EMI pressed disc is on the Fly label: HIFLY 6
Matrices: FLY 6 A-2U & FLY 6 B-2U
Ace cutting engineer George Peckham's 'PORKY' & 'PECKO-DUCK' signatures are hand-etched into the run-outs on sides 1 & 2 respectively.
Stamper codes: 1/GH & 2/PL
Vinyl weight: 158g
House in a matt 'E. J. Day Group' printed cover, complete with original poster & printed artwork inner-sleeve.

A beautiful looking pair just a single faint spindle trail around the side 1 spindle hole only.
Visual: MINT -
Immaculate factory-fresh playing surfaces which are 'as new' and unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines beneath halogen light.
Audio: MINT
Played once to tape directly after purchase, the sound quality is flawless & incredible. No upgrade necessary or possible.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
Due to its matt black finish, this cover is impossible to find in anything approaching this kind of condition. Carefully stored all its life, this exceptional example bears just the lightest touch of storage but is the best we have seen by a long way. The front panel has a very faint disc impression and a light bend towards the upper right corner around the edge of the disc but apart from that, there is precious little to fault. There are no 'thumbnail' wrinkles front or rear and all corners are free from any heavy bumps or bruising. All of the delicate gold text is clean & unworn on the rear panel, which appears 'as new'. Both seams are unstressed and the spine text is clear and unworn. You won't find a better example.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Slight natural age-toning but no writing, tears or seams splits.
