Description
Superb copy of T. Rex’s classic 1972 album, complete with its red lyric inner. Matrices are machine-stamped A-2U/B-2U, but there are also hand-etched 1U/1U matrices on the dead wax. Certainly an early pressing, possibly a first pressing. I’m not an expert on these matters! Also etched on the dead wax are two inscriptions: ‘Bobil Solid Gold Is Gold’ and ‘The Mad Monk’.
Sleeve Ex+ In great shape, no issues worth mentioning.
Labels Ex+/NM Almost like new. Hardly any spindle traces.
Inner Ex+/NM Lyric inner in superb condition.
Record Visually Ex+, great shine to the vinyl. Would be NM but for a couple of sleeve-removal hairlines on the final track on Side 1. Fully play-tested and sounds great with minimal crackle.
