Spirit of Sound Records has come into vinyl LP gems, 45s and 78s from all genres in prime condition and will be listing regularly for the foreseeable future. We presently offer some rare and seriously rare LPs from the Jazz genre! Check titles and condition carefully. Please read our description below. Our rating speaks for itself. TADD DAMERON ORCHESTRA, THE MAGIC TOUCH; Riverside RLP 9419, 1962 Black Label Original. Stereo. Dameron composer, arranger, conductor and piano featuring Bill Evans, piano; Johnny Griffin, tenor sax; Joe Wilder and Clark Terry, trumpet and Philly Joe Jones, drums. Vinyl is EX, clean and shiny with original glossy sheen, one or two very light, barely visible (under halogen lamp) hairline marks. Random play grade is EX with perhaps some very light surface noise in rare places. Labels are clean, no marks, near perfect. Jacket is VG+/EX, clean, solid, no splits or tears, front nice with very light ring wear; back clean with very light fading, previous owner's name top center, bullets in front of 4 song titles, 2 musicians names underlined in text (none obscure any text or graphics). Rare stereo original in very nice shape!

Owner Byron F. Greatorex comes from a 40 year history of collecting, buying and selling records, including ownership of two previous independent stores in Vermont and Maine. Each LP purchased will be cleaned on a VPI Professional Cleaning Machine before shipping. We will play grade any recording we offer at bidder's request. Our grading system is essentially the same as in Goldmine with one exception. We use EX (in lieu of VG++) for vinyl that is between VG+ and just this side of Mint-.
Spirit of Sound ships, in good faith, via USPS. We combine shipping for multiple purchases. To insure customer satisfaction, we will include Tracking on all domestic orders, thus the modest shipping/handling increase. We encourage our international buyers to include insurance and delivery confirmation (registered mail) when choosing a shipping option. Barring this choice, we will ship in good faith at buyers risk.
