From 1974, out of Germany, comes the rarest German Krautrock album known to collectors! It is entitled Take Your Headphones and was a numbered  edition of 500 and was a promotional item only! This is an ORIGINAL copy - NOT a reissue and is numbered 000214 on both cover and  record label. Released ONLY for New Years of 1975! These were given to friends and business associates, and this copy was sent to Jem Records to try and interest them in releasing the Ohr and Cosmic Courier records in America.  The music is a collage with the Cosmic Jokers, Ash Ra Temple, Wallenstein and other Ohr, Kosmische Musik artists interspersed with announcements from Starmaiden Gille and Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser. This LP also includes the ultra rare letter from the producers of the Cosmic Couriers, which reads,"Fly with us into the year of the sun". It is signed by Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser and someone else, whose name I cannot make out by the signature. It is on the company's stationary and contains more information at the bottom of the letter. This is an ultra rare original and is called The Holy Grail of German Krautrock! Also includes the original wax seal on the front cover, but it is missing on the rear.Scarce  original copy! As mentioned earlier, this was the copy that was sent to Jem Records!!!

Small light stains along left seam of cover. Cover is white, so there is some light dirt showing in spots.

Cover is VG++ and record is MINT MINUS!!!
