An impossibly rare copy of the legendary Tangible Box set of singles.

Anton Newcombe of The Brian Jonestown Massacre first started the Tangible label with Greg Shaw at Bomp!. Back in 1993, Tangible and Bomp! records co-released this amazing box set of six 7"s by San-Francisco-area bands: Hollowbody, Orange, Nebtwister, Acid, Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Reverb. The box set comes with Issue No. 1 of "The Brian Jonestown Blotter", written anonymously (although, yeah, probably Greg Shaw himself) in Church-of-the-Subgenius style, which documents the San-Francisco music scene from which BJM emerged.

To say that this collection is scarce is an understatement.

Only 500 copies of the box set were made.

This box is UNOPENED (the box is still taped up!),

The boxes were all hand-numbered – this copy is a very early one: #24 of 500!

The box shows a few signs of ageing, but is still sealed and all the records are, of course, new and unplayed, and the beautiful thick glossy covers inside are untouched.
