Perfect used copy of TAPESTRY OF DELIGHTS, Vernon Joynson's classic guide to British underground and mainstream r'n'b, beat, psych, prog, freakbeat, folk, hardrock from the 1960s-1970s. Simply the standard work -- and ONLY work -- within the field, listing 1000s of Brit bands from the most famous down to the most obscure acetate-only wildmen. The book is long out of print and impossible to find these days, as noone wants to part with their copy. Condition is M-. Shipping will be as a 2LP set.

 I have been collecting and dealing rare 1960s-70s records and items for 20 years. All items are graded M/M-/Ex/Vg++/Vg+/Vg/Vg-/G/F/P based on both aural and visual aspects. “M” corresponds to 10/10 on a 1-10 scale, while “P” equals 1/10. I rarely offer records below Vg+. This is a grading system used by many LP dealers, and I use it for other types of items as well. Grading for LPs/45s is disc/sleeve. Defects or unusual properties of the item will be mentioned specifically. Feel free to inquire during the auction.
