This description I found online sums it up: TARBABY- February- 1974 MONSTER private press. Great jammin feel, psych overtones, spacey vocals, killer guitar leads & evident westcoast feel.  Amazingly rare promo pressing of this obscure 70s Southern Rock LP out of Tallahassee. The LP mentions Atlanta, and I'm not sure what the connection is. White Label.
