Vinyl Record is in NM/NM- (Near Mint/Near Mint minus) visual grade condition.
Album Cover shows standard to moderate shelf wear present. There is a small chip on the upper-left-hand corner of cover. There is a top seam split that measures about 4 inches across from top opening edge. There is a bottom opening seam split tat measures about an inch across from bottom opening edge. There is corner/edge/rubbing present otherwise. Back Cover shows some standard aging present. Please view pictures for more detail.
