CONDITION: Cover is in VG+ condition, with ring wear corner bump crease and mild shelf wear on upper and lower spines, no seam splits. Record itself is in beautiful pristine condition! Please note, the previous owner of this record and a few others I have purchased, played his records once or twice to record them to cassette and then stored the records away. This is the reason why some of these records have shelf wear and ring wear and yet the records are almost like new. Check audio clip I've provided above. If you are looking for a near mint quality pressing of this record to listen to, this is it.
