TATE MCRAE "I Used To Think" SIGNED & SEALED CD + Purple Lace Bra White Vinyl 7"

Today, I have a SEALED CD pressing of Tate McRae's second album "I Used To Think I Could Fly" that contains a very limited SIGNED CD booklet. Originally released in 2022, this has been very difficult to track down since then. I have also included a rare and out of print Urban Outfitters "Singles Day 2025" 7" for "Purple Lace Bra" on opaque white vinyl. This one was also VERY limited and barely saw the light of day before selling out.
Of course, with both items being sealed, they have never been played. 
The inside pics are from an open copy to give you an idea what the CD looks like. It is in M- condition. Please note the other pics of each corner. They are all sharp and untouched with the exception of the back, top right which has an ever-so-small ding. There are no bends, folds, creases, writing, etc. on the cover. There is a removable UO sticker on the front, and the hype sticker that labels the color of the vinyl. 
In addition, I've also included a sealed UO Exclusive 7" single as mentioned above.

Nice to finally catch these two items that ghosted a lot of folks.
