Description

This is the only LP recorded by the 60s Twin Cities band T.C. Atlantic. It was recorded live at the Bel-Rae Ballroom around 1966. Various reviewers have given this album and the group's performance high marks over the years, which is surprising and gratifying since I played drums in the group. Tunes include a couple we released as singles -- Mona, Shake -- plus many other dance favorites like Shot Gun, Smokestack Lightning (the best cut on the record in my opinion), I Think It's Gonna Work Out Fine, and Love Light. Although you can get this music on some relatively recent CDs, and on the unauthorized and ripped-off Eva rerelease, this original LP is becoming hard to find.
