The record has extremely minimal light surface marks and extremely minimal light paper scuffs(all that can be seen(hardly any!) are barely noticeable/hairline and superficial marks!). Looks barely played! Side A label has no spindle marks and side B label has just the very faintest of one spindle mark! (looks barely played!). Will grade a near mint condition.

I've taken a close-up of the vinyl to show you how good it looks.

The heavy card gatefold sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear(barely noticeable!). Extremely minimal corner wear(barely noticeable!). Extremely minimal ring wear(barely noticeable!).There is a very small notch taken out of the bottom right corner9whe the sleeve is closed) - see picture. No splits. No tears. Will grade excellent plus  condition.
