Description

The Tears:Rat Race/People Through My Glasses (Onyx/1968)
Second, rarer and better single by Bay Area band. Both songs are good fast psychers with crisp harmonies (with a couple of nice echoed passages worked in) and plenty o' fuzz.People is featured on the Psychedelic Experience Vol. 3 comp. This copy is labeled promotional. (Were there ever 'stock' copies?)
Incidently, according to Fuzz, Acid & Flowers, guitarist Rick Salazar's son Arion plays bass in Third Eye Blind.
The record looks VG+, plays Ex (moderate amount of light scuff lines on both sides; there is a tiny scratch about half a minute down Side 1 that causes 3 light clicks; otherwise play grade would have been mint minus).
