Cover Condition: 
The cover does have a 1.5" tear in the upper right hand corner on the front, and the laminate is peeling and missing from around the opening edge on the front. The back cover is still clean, but again there is some laminate peeling around the opening edge. In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.
 
Vinyl Condition: 
The record does have light marks and light scratches, but still retains a healthy amount of shine. Not bad for a record that is 53 years old! In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.
