Here is a collection of 10-inch 78 RPM records from the 1940s in a library box. Included in the set:

The records have all been played and appear to be in good, well cared for condition. I do not feel qualified to offer grading judgement on these old records, and I have no way to listen to them. The library case is in excellent condition, with the binding and all 12 sleeves in perfect shape. These records have been stored flat and are not warped.
