Description

Hard-To-Find LP from Terry Riley titled "Persian Surgery Dervishes" released by Shandar (83 502) in 1972. French pressing with both sides containing Performance Two in two parts recorded live in Paris, 1972 (Text on cover says May 24, 1974). Improvised solo composition performed by Terry Riley on his modified just intonation organ with feedback and tape loop.

Labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Vinyl record is in EXCELLENT condition with nice luster and one light surface mark on Side 2. Plays with some light, sporadic vinyl tics...sounds great! Cover is in VG+ condition with wear at corners, some edgewear, some surface rubbing, ringwear and light creasing at lower left corner. NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.00 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
